Once again, the grandfather clock goes absolutely nuts to wake residents. Trumpets begin to roar, stirring everyone towards one central location: the Bridge. Streamers were set up, cakes with gorgeous strawberry toppings, glasses of wine and even paper fans in case one gets too hot. Set up on the bridge was a giant guillotine. Because, hellooooo, how else would this be going down?

The Queen is standing nearby with an umbrella shielding her from the morning sun, the White Rabbit signing paperwork and preparing a document...?


"A-A-A-ahem! Attention! Attention please! P-Please! For the immediate execution to take place in mere m-moments, there is a few cause of c-c-concerns. B-Based upon the royal decree, c-c-could those destined to celebrate please step forth and sign this form to c-certify unbirthday wishes!"

The appointed card guards will usher the appointed people towards the doctrine. On it, lists their unbirthday wish. With a signature, they will have utter assurance their wish comes true, even in death. They can choose to sign or not.
